1. Terms and Conditions
Yoga Dunia reserves the right to refuse a student’s application for a teacher training event.
All trainees attending our events must have their own travel and medical insurance for the duration of the training.
By signing up for the Teacher Training course, you commit 100% to the course content with an open heart and motivation.
2. Booking Conditions
2.1 How to Book
To secure your spot in one of our Yoga Teacher Training courses, start by selecting the course and dates you are interested in, then follow the link to reach our secure booking and payment platform WeTravel.
Once you have created your account on WeTravel, fill out the form and proceed with the payment. Availability is guaranteed once your initial payment is received.
2.2 How to Get the Discount
- Super Early Bird Discount: Book at least 60 days before the training starts.
- Early Bird Discount: Book at least 30 days before the training starts.
- No additional discounts will be granted outside these dates unless Yoga Dunia offers special promotions.
3. Payment Conditions
A deposit is required to confirm your registration:
- $500 for the 200-hour YTTC
- $250 for the 100-hour YTTC
- $99 for the 50-hour YTTC
The remaining payment must be made:
- 30 days before the training starts for the 200-hour YTTC. If payment is not made by this deadline, Yoga Dunia reserves the right to offer your place to an alternate student and your deposit will be forfeited.
- The reception of the full payment will trigger the link to start the online Yoga Anatomy course.
- 15 days before the training starts for other courses. If payment is not made by this deadline, Yoga Dunia reserves the right to offer your place to an alternate student and your deposit will be forfeited.
Payments must be made through our secure payment platform WeTravel. Available options include:
- Credit card (no extra fee)
- Bank transfer for American citizens or European citizens (SEPA)
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation More Than 45 Days Before Training
The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another event.
That amount will be refunded if you have paid in full or for extras like rooms or boat tickets.
4.2 Cancellation Within 45 Days Before Training
The amount paid is non-refundable, but the amount paid, minus the deposit and the $250 online anatomy course fee for the 200-hour YTTC, can be transferred to another event.
4.3 Cancellation Within 15 Days Before Training
No refund or transfer of payment will be made.
4.4 Other points to take into consideration
- No refund will be made for arriving late or departing a training early.
- Yoga Dunia reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training course if the minimum number of participants is not reached. We will refund you 100% of the payment amount. Yoga Dunia is not to be held liable for flight costs or any other expenses accrued.
- If you reserve accommodation through us. No refunds will be issued if you choose to leave the venue accommodation at any point during the course.
- If a student is asked to leave the course due to disrespect or disruptive behavior, no refund will be given.
- Pandemic & Natural Disaster Policy If government restrictions or natural disasters in Bali prevent group events, the training will be postponed. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your payment to another training or year within 2 years. If Indonesia closes its borders or restricts travel from your area, the above policy applies. If you choose not to travel for personal reasons, the above policy applies.

How to book

Once you have created your account in Wetravel, fill out the form and proceed with the payment. The availability is guaranteed.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your initial payment.
Payment conditions
A deposit is required to confirm your registration

- To get the Super Early Bird discount, you have to book 90 days before the training starts
- To get the Early Bird discount, you have to book 60 days before the training starts

- Full payment is due at least 15 days before the training starts
Cancellation policy
- If you choose to cancel within 30 days of the starting date all payments are non-refundable.
- Before this date, your booking and the amount paid will be postponed toward a future teacher training or retreat within a 12-month period. Please note this does not include the original deposit paid.
- No refund will be made for arriving late or departing a training early.
- Please contact us in writing to cancel your booking.
- Yoga Dunia reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training course if the minimum number of participants is not reached (4 people). In this case, you will receive a voucher for the total amount you already paid, usable for a period of 12 months.
- If a student is asked to leave the course due to disrespect or disruptive behavior, no refund will be given.
Pandemia & Natural Disaster Policy
If the government restricts or shuts down group events in Bali – the training/s will be postponed to a later date – if you cannot attend this date you have the option to transfer your payment to another training or year within 2 years.
If Indonesia closes its borders or bans your area of travel to arrive in Indonesia, then the policy remains the same as above.
In the case you make your own decision and choose not to go forward with your travels, then the same policy as above will be applied.
