After or before the yoga class, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing moment around the pool area with fresh juice from our Bar. At Yoga Dunia Lembongan we do offer a private Yoga class for individuals or groups. Our Yoga Teacher will come to your villa, bringing all the Yoga equipment needed. Let us know the day and the time that suits your program.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is an approach of yoga in which you move from one asana to another according to your breath path. Vinyasa yoga is born out of the Asthanga yoga lineage. Compare to Asthanga yoga, the Vinyasa is freer and be declined in different styles: gentle, classic, or even really dynamic, similar to yoga fitness. Vinyasa’s practice sequences are very fun and uplifting.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a branch of Yoga that focuses on physical and mental well-being, a little more developed than Classic Yoga. Yoga class describes as Hatha always includes physical postures, yoga asanas, and breathing techniques. In Sanskrit, Ha means sun and ta means moon, so we could interpret Hatha as the balance between the sun and the moon.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, this yoga style incorporates principles of traditional Chinese Medicine. This soft yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues. This passive and slow yoga allows to really release the mental pressure and physical tensions.

What to know before taking a yoga class with us

  • Our yoga Bali studio opens 30 min before the class starts.
  • We ask our yogis to come to the studio 10 min before the class starts.
  • Limited availabilities, so if you want to be sure to get a mat please book in advance. 10 students maximum.
  • If you or anyone that you have been in contact with is feeling unwell please stay at home and rest.
  • If you own your own mat or have a towel to cover the studio mat please bring it with you.
  • Bring a sarong or scarf to cover the props you might need.
  • We will clean yoga mats and props after each yoga session.
  • All yoga students must be registered and paid before joining any yoga class Nusa Lembongan.
  • The yoga packages are sharable with your partner or friend, but not refundable.
  • All yoga Lembongan packages are valid for 3 months.
