What to know before taking a yoga class with us

  • Our yoga Bali studio opens 30 min before the class starts.
  • We ask our yogis to come to the studio 10 min before the class starts.
  • Limited availabilities, so if you want to be sure to get a mat please book in advance. 10 students maximum.
  • If you or anyone that you have been in contact with is feeling unwell please stay at home and rest.
  • If you own your own mat or have a towel to cover the studio mat please bring it with you.
  • Bring a sarong or scarf to cover the props you might need.
  • We will clean yoga mats and props after each yoga session.
  • All yoga students must be registered and paid before joining any yoga class Nusa Lembongan.
  • The yoga packages are not refundable.
  • A deposit will be asked for any private Yoga sessions

For effective awareness, do not be afraid of all the sensations/feelings which rise up during the practice. You must fully “inhabit” your body. No matter the sensation: pleasant or unpleasant. Become one with yourself. Your yoga practice will be more beneficial.

    This YTT was definitely one of the most transformative experiences in my life. The location is perfect, Lembongan is a little paradise where you'll always be greeted with a smile. The calmness and slow pace of the island helped us get immersed in the yoga training even more. I did a 200hs Vinyasa and Yin YTT. Our Vinyasa teacher, Pilu, is definitely a force to recon with. She created a open and safe space during our practices, motivated and challenged us, and explained even the hardest things in a very understandable way. Claire, our Yin teacher, has so much wisdom and grace and she not only taught us how to slow down and listen to our bodies , but shared her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well. The manager, Audrey, helped us with all and every question you have. She helped me get my visa extended in the least painful way possible. Special thank for Rara for the amazing, delicious breakfast every day (I still miss that breakfast honestly) and keeping everything in check! If you're looking for a quiet place to immerse yourself in your yoga practice, look no further! Yoga Dunia is the answer. ❤️

    I was completely new to yoga and booked 5 sessions as we were staying across the road. Really enjoyed the Yin, Visnyasa and Flow classes with Claire. She is a lovely, inclusive teacher who caters to multiple abilities within a class and gives good clear explanations about a particular practice or pose.     I came here to boost my yoga practice and bought the monthly pass for unlimited classes - it was such amazing value and the studio is lovely with a pool and bean bags to chill after class. Simple, unpretentious, and playful, accessible teachers (thank you Audrey, Delphine and Pilu!). I loved the simplicity of the schedule - classes everyday at 8.30am, 9.45am and 5pm. Definitely pop in if you're in Lembongan 🙂

    An amazing week of yoga with Yoga Dunia Lembongan! +: - Amazing teachers, very kind - Great location on the island - Beautiful space to do yoga, opening area, beautiful pool - Offers 2 classes of yoga per day -: - none I took a package online which included boat to go/come back from the island, hotel x 4 nights, 6 sessions of yoga, diving and a massage. It was great, but I think it would cost less to pay things individually then by taking the package online. It was convenient for me given I was traveling alone for the first time.
